North Dallas ENT has two North Texas offices: 11970 N. Central Expressway, Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75243, and Legacy Medical Village at 5425 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Suite 145, Plano, TX 75024.

Do I need a referral to see an ENT in Dallas?

Most insurance plans allow you to schedule directly with North Dallas ENT. Some HMO plans require a referral from your primary care physician — call (214) 888-8978 and our team will verify your plan before the visit.

What conditions do your ENT doctors treat?

Chronic sinusitis and sinus pressure, nasal obstruction and deviated septum, chronic runny nose, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, hearing loss and tinnitus, dizziness, tonsil and throat problems, pediatric ear infections, and facial plastic surgery of the nose and ears.

How soon can I be seen?

Most patients are seen within a week, and sudden hearing loss is evaluated the same or next day. You can request an appointment online any time or call (214) 888-8978 Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday until 4:00 PM.
